Francis completed a diploma in Architectural Technology at Cork Institute of Technology (RTC) before studying Architecture at the Kent Institute of Art and Design in Canterbury, England.
He earned his professional qualification from University College Dublin. Since joining Coughlan Dekeyser Architects in 1998, Francis has developed extensive expertise in Master Planning, Design, Planning, and Project Management. He has contributed to numerous residential and commercial projects
