Construction of an extension to an existing distribution centre and ancillary works on a site of approx. 15.06ha. located at Musgraves Distribution centre at Kilcock, Co. Kildare. The works comprised of an approx. 12,000 sq.m (129,170 sq.ft) warehouse extension with extensive dock levellers and ancillary HGV yard, a main office extension over two storeys, an extension to existing dispatch area / goods-in office over two storeys, new single storey transport office and ancillary service buildings.
The contract works for this project were executed on a Design-Build basis and Coughlan DeKeyser Architects were appointed by CField Construction as Architects for the construction phase of works. Completed in 2022 and achieving an early access date this project was successfully delivered to the highest regulatory standards whilst also surpassing its air permeability test requirements.
