Personnel Profiles

Tom Coughlan, Consultant.  MRIAI, MSCD (UK).
Tom is the founder of the Practice set up in 1985.  He has over 30 years experience in most types of building projects.  Tom has been responsible of the design & construction of many major buildings in Cork including two of its main hotels. Tom is a member of the Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland and The Society of Chartered Designers UK.

Francis O'Halloran, Director.  MRIAI, RIBA, BArch(Hons), BA(Hons)Arch, DipArchTech.
Francis has been with Coughlan DeKeyser Architects since he graduated from the Canterbury School of Architecture in 1998.  Francis has considerable experience of Master Planning, design, planning and project management.

Daniel Luxton, Director.   BA(Hons)Arch.
Daniel is a graduate of the Canterbury School of Architecture and has been with the Practice since 2000, prior to this Daniel worked with a London based Practice for 4 years.  Since joining Coughlan DeKeyser Architects, Daniel has experience in the design, planning, construction and project management of a number of Significant Commercial Office Developments along with residential and healthcare related projects.

David Tarbatt, Consultant.  DipArch, March, MA(Urb Des), RIBA, FRIAI.
David who has been with the practice for 20 years and now holds the position of Consultant after previously being an senior associate of the practice for 15 years.  David who is a chartered architect and urban designer has experience in all types of major projects.
