The project consisted of the design, tender and construction supervision of a fit-out to one of the floors to the City Gate Park office development in Mahon, Cork. The works involved the full design of all open plan, office, canteen, reception and w.c. spaces. The gross floor area of the project extended to 25,000 ft2.
