Internal remodelling and single storey residential extension works were carried out to this existing dwelling. Our client’s required an extension to the rear of their home to create a large kitchen/dining and living space with enhanced connectivity to the garden. The rear extension incorporates a monopitched zinc roof extension to maximise a full height glazed wall to capture the southern light.
The use of brick finishes internally and herringbone wood flooring in the main living space achieved a high quality textured and contemporary interior finish.
