This brownfield site formerly Corden PharmaChem is proposed to be regenerated as a 20 acre business park consisting of 5 no. commercial buildings designed to meet LEED Gold standard. The façade designs due to the scale of structure has been broken up with the use of various shades of grey/white cladding panels.
This creates a contemporary aesthetic and helps to animate the streetscape. The development contains a mix of building sizes ranging from 30,000 to 65,000sqft. The design of the business park includes for sustainable transport options with bus routes nearby and bicycle storage facilities provided.
